Dear everyone-on-a-new-years-resolution-diet,
There are THREE parts of exercise and if you only do ONE of them, you will only make 1/3 of the progress you want to.
Cardio is awesome and 1000% necessary.
But if you cut out flexibility training and strength training, you’re just gonna run in circles til you run face first into a plateau.
You CANNOT get 100% of the results if you only do 33% of the work, chickadees.
